By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the HealFit mobile application (the "App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
HealFit is a fitness and nutrition application that helps you track workouts, meals, water intake, and progress. The App includes:
HealFit offers a free version supported by advertising and a paid HealFit Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Feature availability may differ between tiers and may change over time.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control. Some features require an internet connection.
Certain features require an account. You may register with email and password or sign in through third-party authentication providers. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
If you register with email, you may need to verify your email address before accessing the full App experience.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users or for HealFit.
You may use the App for lawful personal fitness and nutrition tracking, including logging meals, following workouts, and monitoring your progress.

HealFit provides general wellness, fitness, and nutrition information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or dietary restrictions.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including custom foods, saved meals, meal logs, workout notes, feedback, and share images you create in the App.
By submitting content, you grant HealFit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the App. This includes processing meal descriptions, photos, or voice-derived text through third-party AI service providers to provide logging features.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We use third-party providers to operate the App, including third-party authentication providers, cloud infrastructure providers, cloud database providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, advertising service providers, subscription management providers, food database providers, and third-party AI service providers. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
HealFit Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (unless otherwise stated at purchase) processed through subscription management providers and mobile app store platforms. It unlocks features such as an ad-free experience, unlimited AI meal logging, custom nutrition targets, custom water goals, and unlimited workout plan regeneration. Exact features and pricing are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through the mobile app store platform where you downloaded the App and subscription management providers. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and free trials (if offered) are governed by the applicable app store's terms and policies. HealFit does not collect or store your full payment card details.
Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged through your app store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store subscription settings.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App to restore an active subscription tied to the same app store account.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it expires. Trial eligibility and duration are determined by the app store and shown at checkout.
If you do not have an active Premium subscription, the App may display advertisements through advertising service providers, advertising networks, and advertising partners, including:
We do not show interstitial ads during core food logging flows (adding foods, barcode scanning, or saving meals), on app launch, or after workout completion.
Rewarded ads are optional. To remove all in-app advertisements, subscribe to HealFit Premium. On iOS, you may also manage ad tracking permissions in your device Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Advertising service providers and advertising networks may collect device and usage data under their own privacy policies. HealFit is not responsible for third-party advertising practices.
HealFit offers optional AI-assisted features, including food image analysis, meal interpretation, nutrition estimation, voice food logging, AI-assisted food entry, and AI workout plan generation. These features use third-party AI service providers and may send relevant inputs (such as photos, text descriptions, or voice-derived text) for external processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
Free users are subject to usage limits, which may include:
Current limits are displayed in the App and may change. Premium subscribers receive expanded or unlimited access to gated features.
AI-generated food identifications, portion estimates, and nutrition values are estimates only. You are responsible for reviewing AI results before logging them. HealFit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
The App, including its software, design, branding, exercise libraries, and curated content, is owned by HealFit or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App includes content from third parties, such as:
Third-party content remains subject to the respective owners' terms and licenses.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not guarantee specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services integrated with the App, including mobile app store platforms, advertising service providers, third-party AI service providers, and food database providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALFIT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HEALFIT FOR PREMIUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (USD $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HealFit and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and associated profile data, go to Profile → Delete Account in the App, or contact us at the email below.
Deleting the App from your device does not cancel an active Premium subscription — you must cancel through your device's app store subscription settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates harm, legal risk, or security risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws. Where permitted, disputes may be brought in the courts of your place of residence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and HealFit regarding the App.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
