1. Delete your account in the app
HealFit (developed by Nihwa Studio) lets you delete your account and data directly in the app:
Open the HealFit app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@nihwastudio.comfrom the email address linked to your HealFit account with the subject "Delete my HealFit account".
We may ask you to confirm your identity. Requests are processed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
3. Data that is deleted
Your profile (name, age, sex, height, weight, goals, preferences, injuries, diet and allergens)
All your HealFit data stored in our database: meal and food logs, custom foods, saved and favorite meals, workout plans, sessions and history, weight logs, streaks, coach data and feedback
Your progress photos
AI usage and quota records
Your login (Firebase Authentication account, including email or Apple/Google sign-in link)
4. Data that may be retained
Purchase records: subscription and transaction records are kept by Apple / Google (and our subscription provider RevenueCat) as required for billing, tax and legal purposes.
Backups: residual copies may remain in backups for up to approximately 30 days before being overwritten.
Anonymous analytics and crash data: usage and crash reports that are not linked to your account may be retained under our providers' retention periods.
Data you previously wrote to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there under your control; manage it in those apps.
5. Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual meals, logs and progress photos in the app at any time. To request deletion of specific data (for example all progress photos, weight history or AI feedback) while keeping your account, email support@nihwastudio.com from your account email and describe what you want deleted. Requests are processed within 30 days.
